Mr Calvin Kwan held more than 20 years of managerial roles in academic and pastoral care and taught students with diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. He used to work for the Education Bureau, promoting curriculum development and involving different sectors of the community in developing quality learning and teaching resources. He also organised various training programmes for front-line teachers.
29 years of primary and secondary teaching and management experience, Founding Deputy Head in HHKCS, Has worked for 5 years in the Hong Kong Education Bureau in: Training teachers to teach the HKDSE curriculum, Visiting different schools to monitor the curriculum implementation, Co-developing with universities HKDSE teaching resources, Has taught a wide range of HKDSE and HK junior secondary subjects including Economics, English Language, Liberal Studies and Music.

Ms Dana Iu earned her postgraduate degree in early childhood education from the University of Hong Kong, where she also pursued her Master of Education in Education Leadership.
Ms Iu has been in the field of early childhood education for almost 20 years. In the span of her career as an educator, she has been a homeroom teacher, music teacher, physical education teacher, teacher trainer, workshop facilitator, PYP coordinator and kindergarten vice principal.
She has extensive knowledge and experience of different curricula, which include the Hong Kong Kindergarten Curriculum, Early Years Foundation Stage, IBPYP and the Chinese National Curriculum.

Mr. Neil graduated from the University of Glasgow with BSC Hons in Anatomy. Completed PGCE in Aberystwyth University. Spent 5 years teaching in the UK and became Head of Science and Junior SLT member for a Multi-Academy Trust. Spent 7 years working for a leading Interntional school company in both Qingdao and Chengdu serving as Biology Teacher, Head of Boarding and Assistant Head Pastoral. During this time, many of his students have entered the top Universities in the world including Cambridge, HKU and ICL. On 2 occasions, his students have received a Pearson award for ‘Top A Level Biology grade in Mainland China’. Neil is experienced in academic leadership but has chosen to follow the pastoral route later in his career. He believes that strong relationships and connections with families build a strong support network to ensure students receive the highest levels of pastoral care and ultimately can achieve their academic potential. Neil joined the Harrow family as he believes their holistic education philosophy and focus on leadership attributes and Harrow values maximize opportunities for each student, regardless of their educational and social background.
