Mr. David Liao brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of sports teaching and youth leadership. With 6 years of full-time engagement in both foreign and domestic settings, David’s primary research interests encompass wellness, sports science, youth leadership, school leagues, and sports management.
His athletic background is impressive, being a national second-level track and field athlete and a national first-level swimming coach, tennis fan and qualified sailor. David’s professional journey includes roles at esteemed institutions such as Duke Kunshan University as a PE instructor and United World College Changshu as a sports manager and PE stream leader. In these positions, he played a pivotal role in shaping the physical education curriculum, designing experiential learning programs for young leaders through sports, organizing high-level sports events, managing activities, and innovating sports facilities.
David’s academic qualifications complement his practical experience, holding a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in sports management & physical education, along with a PE teaching certificate.
